Chart notes
DRUNKLE reserved off the pace to race near the rear of the field for the first half mile, commenced a steady rally around the far turn circling seven wide and wore the leader down in the final sixteenth to be going away at the wire. YOHEDA MONEY MAKER pressed the pace to the final turn, rallied to the lead on the bend, dug-in to battle inside the eighth pole and was outfinished late to be second best. TRAVELLER stalked the pace from three wide to be prominent turning for home and lacked a closing kick for the stretch while keeping on in the lane to hold the show. NOBLE STAR unhurried early to trail to the far turn, remained at the bak of the pack turning for home and rallied belatedly in the lane to be gaining. SPEIGHT THE SNOW set the pace under steady pressure, responded willingly to battle in contention through upper stretch and weakened in the final eighth. CURLINS INCHARGE was well placed tracking the pace from the inside and failed to respond when called upon nearing the quarter pole to finish evenly. LANGSTAFF ROAD tracked the leaders down the backstretch, rallied five wide to be prominent turning for home and flattened out down the lane.
