Chart notes
FASTER pressed the early pace, took control at the nine-sixteenths pole, edged clear on the far turn and quickly pulled away when called upon turning for home to be unchallenged through the lane. HARD MISSION rated along the fence tracking the leaders, closed the gap into the far turn, was put to a drive nearing the quarter pole and finished well to gain the place. BURNIN TURF set the pace through the first turn under pressure, settled to a stalking position down the backside, chased the winner on the far turn and ran-on willingly in the lane. JIMMY THE HAT off balance at the start to break a bit awkwardly giving the field a couple lengths leaving the gate, trailed to the final turn, rallied circling on the bend to be prominent turning for home and flattened out unable to sustain the bid through the stretch. MAYNARD raced in contention for the first half mile, dropped to the rear on the far turn and chased the field home in the lane.
