SEPTIMUS broke inward leaving the gate, then sped to the front under a strong hold, and was ridden out. GENIE'S RIDE bumped into RIVER SEVEN leaving the gate, stalked the leader while three to four wide in the final turn, was no match for the winner and held firm. RIVER SEVEN was bumped leaving the gate, was shuffled back in the backstretch, stalked inside, and rallied for show. BAKK N BEAUTIFUL broke outward, sat in range while three to four wide, fanned four wide in the final turn, and was outkicked. COUNTER CAT was reserved off the early leaders, was roused at the quarter pole, and came up empty in the drive. DREAMS IN THE SKY offered little.
