Chart notes
TOP RECRUIT tracked the leaders down the backside, ralllied on the turn to assume command from the tiring leader in upper stretch and pulled away convincingly. JIMMY THE HAT was reserved off the leaders racing in a clear pocket down the backside and mounted a good bid coming home to be second best. WHERE YOU WAS set the early pace, settled off the rushed pacemaker into the turn saving ground along the fence, waited for racing room in upper stretch and lacked a kick when finally in the clear. KOTYLOS hesitated at the start giving the field several lengths, rushed up four wide down the backside to set the pace to the top of the lane and tired in the stretch. REELED IN was not a factor.
