HYPERBOLIZE took back after the start to race at the back of the field for the first half-mile, made a sharp advance to bid for the lead approaching the quarter pole, then surged to the lead and won clear under a steady hand ride. MUNNY TOWN got shuffled back after the start, settled three to four wide throughout, and finished with good interest to move up into second. MUSIC THEORY went very wide on the first turn, moved up to join the leaders three-wide down the backstretch, came under pressure on the far turn to keep pace, and finished with interest to gain third. HIGH AS THE SKY was sent to the front from the start, went together with LONE RETURN through the first turn, then was left alone to dictate fractions down the backstretch, led the way to the far turn, battled back under threat, but gave way in the final furlong. COMMANDER'S COIN settled in cover through the early stages, launched a three-wide bid midway through the far turn, finished willingly but was not doing enough in the late stages to pose a serious threat. WEAPON raced between horses at the back of the field early on, became boxed in heading into the far turn, then lacked the needed response once clear in upper stretch. CAMDEN HILLS saved ground while settled at the rear, passed tired foes. LONE RETURN got away well, ceded the lead to HIGH AS THE SKY while keeping close company to the outside, in the two-path, began to struggle to keep pace on the far turn, and lacked a finish. LEONARDO raced in mid-pack while keeping to the rail path, then lacked a rally. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
