Chart notes
TIGERSAURUS REX bumped with rivals on both sides at the start, settled inside a foe off the pace, fanned out five wide leaving the turn, struck the lead in mid-stretch and drew clear. TOWER GROVE PARK bumped with the inside then outside foe and was squeezed at the start, switched out, advanced on the turn outside runners coming past the quarter pole five to six wide, was no match for the winner but got up for second. HUNTS PROMISE got away well but bumping a rival lightly in the process, was soon overtaken and content to stalk or press the leader from outside, edged closer taking the lead nearing the quarter pole, lugged in a bit in upper stretch, was overtaken in mid-stretch, weakened and lost place late. SNEAKY FEET exchanged a bump at the start, was outpaced early racing well back, saved ground on the turn, came out in the stretch and ran on. REGAINED POWER was bumped into a rival at the start, coaxed forward to the lead, set the pace from off the rail, was overtaken nearing the quarter pole, put in a bit tight in upper stretch altering outside the new leader who drifted in, faded thereafter. LAST MOON chased from outside, was not a factor. FOLLOWING AN OBJECTION BY THE RIDER OF TOWER GROVE PARK AGAINST TIGERSAURUS REX ALLEGING INTERFERENCE NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.
