BRILLIANT BERTI tracked from midpack in the two path, then between horses at the five furlong pole, advanced four wide at the quarter pole, bid outside of the top pair in upper stretch, forged an advantage at the furlong grounds and drove clear. NATIVE RUNNER laid off of the pace in the two path, rallied three wide and between horses into the final furlong and gained place late. GIOCOSO broke a step slow and was pinched between horses at the start, trailed in the three path, progressed in the three to four path turning for home, swung seven wide into the lane, rallied widest to bid for place at the sixteenth pole but got outfinished by an inner counterpart. VOTE NO came out at the start, raced off of the pace in the three to two path, moved to the inside rounding the far turn, advanced tow wide and among foes in the final furlong and ran on to edge fourth late. JOHNY'S RENDEZVOUS set the pace along the inside, got caught by an outer pair at the furlong grounds, fought on for place into the final sixteenth but yielded late. MERCANTE bumped with an inner foe at the start, rushed forward outside of foes into the first turn, tucked to press two wide around that bend, prompted between horses down the backstretch, sustained pressure before bidding along with an outer rival in upper stretch, but got outkicked at the furlong grounds then yielded between horses in the final sixteenth. LAMBETH checked when shying from an inner foe right after the start, lacked speed in the two path, fanned out to the eight path in midstretch and improved. HERCHEE tracked from the four path, pursued within range from the five path at the quarter pole, but leaned to the six path into the lane and faded between horses. SUMOOD stalked along the inside, pursued from the pocket around the far turn, chased in upper stretch then faded. FLYING MOHAWK bumped with an outer foe at the start, pursued from midpack in the three path and between horses, chased in the five path into the lane, pursued in tight quarters while lacking room among foes and gave way. TAPIT SHOES raced off of the pace along the inside then was done early. QUATROCENTO stalked two to three wide into the backstretch, pressed approaching and into the far turn, but yielded between rivals at the quarter pole and weakened.
