Chart notes
LOVE YOU ANYWAY stalked in the three path before tucking to the inside into the backstretch, saved ground before bidding inside of the top pair and gaining an advantage entering the lane, drove clear in the three path in upper stretch, drifted out late yet held. VIVE VEUVE pursued from midpack along the inside, then in the two path down the backstretch, pursued in hand in the three path and between horses at the quarter pole, tipped out to the five to six path passing the furlong ground, surged up to the clear and drifting leader late but was denied. MEDORO tracked from the three path, then between horses leaving the five furlong pole, inched forward in the four path at the quarter pole, forged place at the furlong grounds but got outkicked then held show. BOURBON MEMORY stalked along the inside before moving out to the three path into the backstretch, moved to press the leader with nine sixteenths to go, bid turning for home, got outkicked by an inner bidder entering the lane, kept on between horses into the final furlong but missed reclaiming show at the wire. WIND FLOWER laid off of the pace in the two path, steadied between foes when floated to the four path at the eleven sixteenths pole, continued four wide around the far turn then moved up between horses in midstretch. SMILING ELLIE pursued from midpack two to three wide and between horses into the backstretch, tucked to save ground off of the pace into the far turn, advanced inside of rivals into upper stretch, issued a mild bid for place passing the furlong grounds but flattened out. IN THE STARS laid of of the pace hung four wide, pursued in the four to five path around the far turn before being floated to the seven path entering the lane and failed to menace. SALTY SENORITA set a clear pace in the three to two path around the first turn, felt pressure from an outer rival approaching the far turn, vied with that one turning for home then weakened between rivals entering the lane. SANCTIFY steadied early on, trailed in the five path into the first turn, advanced outside of rivals down the backstretch, achieved striking range outside of the top pair turning for home, but floated to the six path entering the lane and weakened.
