Chart notes
CONTACT TRACING rated off the early pace, took closer order late on the far turn, given cue four wide at the head of the lane, took over the lead just past the eighth pole and kicked clear. MR. THUNDERSTRUCK tracked the pacesetter through early stages, advanced to challenge ACTION SEEKER mid-way around the far turn, vied into upper stretch, shook free to a slim lead a furlong out then got overtaken by the winner. BOCA GUY stalked the pace along the inside, saved ground around the turn, tipped two wide for a clear path in upper stretch, ran on and got a nose up for show. KING ADOLIS raced off the early pace, navigated two wide around the far turn, shifted four wide for clear racing room past upper stretch and just missed show. ACTION SEEKER set the early pace, took on the challenge of MR. THUNDERSTRUCK mid-way around the far turn, fought back to the eighth pole then gave way. SWIFT AS I AM raced near midpack, failed to progress when prompted around the far turn and gave way. WARREN L raced in the back and had no response when called upon.
