Chart notes
LUCKY BIRD settled near midpack in early stages, swung four wide into the drive, shifted inward while advancing under left handed pressure, dug in gamely and got up late. SEXAGENARIAN was forwardly placed up the backstretch, advanced to challenge at the quarter pole, took over the lead, led the way in the final sixteenth then got overtaken late. FORTY LOVE was unhurried near the back, was set down three to four wide for the drive and surged to the wire. EZ IZ ONZAWAY raced off the pace, saved ground around the turn, angled two to three wide and improved position. LORD OF RHYMES prompted the early pace, flattened late on the turn and ran on evenly through the lane. JARVIS JUNCTION was off slow at the start, continued off the early pace, saved ground around the turn, angled out and lacked a needed rally. KING NIQUE set the early pace, came under pressured mid-way around the turn, got collared at the head of the lane and gave way. This race was originally hand timed and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate times.
