Chart notes
RED HEAD KID stalked the pace three wide through the turn, was carried out to the middle of the racetrack by the leader at the top of the stretch, rallied under left handed urging to make the lead nearing the furlong marker then drew clear. OLLIE'S FOLLY set the pace through the turn, drifted out to the six path entering the stretch and finished second best. SOCIAL HISTORY settled four wide, drifted out to the middle of the racetrack entering the stretch and finished best of rest. ILIKETHAT close up from the start, offered a mild bid two wide in upper stretch then came up empty. OKLAHOMA JOE pressed the pace along the inside into the turn then weakened in deep stretch. MERGER was no factor. VENTURE ON was no threat. JIM'S RIVER RUNNER was off slow and trailed throughout.
