CITY TAAH tracked the pace mid-pack four wide down the back stretch, called up between runners into the lane, no match for outside closer, chased on late second best. DIVINE ROMANCE pressed up close inside into the far turn, looped out four wide for clear run into the lane, wore down inside foe through the final stages, worked hard up show. HERE'S A QUARTER prompted the leader three wide into the far turn, took a very slim lead turning into the lane, flattened out through the final stages, edged out for the show. ITZAYANA broke sharp, set a pressured pace along the rail down the backside, herded upper, faded through the final sixteenth. LONG LEGS LOUISE outrun into the far turn, never threatened. GOLDEN CAN under a heavy scrub four wide to keep pace down the backside, faltered through the stretch.
