EVALINA away in good order and assumed early command, was keen along the first turn, engaged with ARGENTINIDAD and disputed modest fractions while inside of that rival along the backstretch, dueled to the far turn then took a narrow lead nearing the quarter marker, shook free to upper stretch and was set down for the drive, drew away to the final sixteenth and was ridden out late to win as much the best. ARGENTINIDAD rated off of the early pace then went up to engage EVALINA into the backstretch, dueled that rival through modest fractions heading to the far turn, pressed the pace to the quarter pole, drifted out leaving that station and floated out SAVANNAMARIE to upper stretch, couldn't keep pace with the winner into the stretch drive but held well late for the place. SAVANNAMARIE allowed to settle leaving the start, took closer order into the backstretch while three wide, tracked the leading pair to the far turn then asked for run at the quarter marker, got floated out to the five to six path to upper stretch, couldn't find the needed response approaching the final sixteenth and was outfinished for second.
