Chart notes
DIAMOND EMPRESS broke sharply and opened up early then was roused at the top of the lane and responded well. EL SUNSHINE rated in the middle of the pack and saved ground then angled out at the top of the stretch and brushed POT'S PAYCHECK before rallying late for place. POT'S PAYCHECK chased the pace while four wide then made a steady advance on the turn before being brushed by EL SUNSHINE at the 3/16 pole then ran on late. COMPLETE WRAP was allowed to settle early then split horses into the lane and made a mild rally. PARADISE RIDGE raced close up early and chased between horses, then battled to the lane before fading. LADY CHERYL'S SONG settled early with a rail trip and trailed into the stretch then ducked in at the gap at the 1/8 pole in the stretch and made no bid. THE RIDER OF POT'S PAYCHECK CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST EL SUNSHINE AT THE TOP OF THE STRETCH. THE STEWARDS FOUND INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE TO MAKE ANY CHANGE
