Chart notes
BOOK VALUE dueled for the lead two wide down the backstretch, shook clear late on the turn, drifted out to the five path entering the stretch, set the balance of the pace while continuing to drifted out under left then right handed urging and proved best under strong handling. BREAKHEART PASS was bumped hard at the start, raced three wide through the turn, drifted out to the six path entering thee stretch, moved closer outside the winner, steadied and angled inside that one late and finished well clear for second. SKEDAZZLE well back, passed tiring rivals in upper stretch. SNITCH failed to menace. SOUTHERN DAWN battled with the winner along the inside into the turn then was through after a half mile. EMPIRE VYBZ veered inward bumping hard with BREAKHEART PASS at the start causing his rider to lose his balance for a few strides and lose his right iron then had brief speed outside. THE RIDER OF BREAKEART PASS LODGED A CLAIM OF FOUL AGAINST THE RIDER OF THE WINNER FOR ALLEGED INTERFERENCE IN THE STRETCH. AFTER REVIEW THE STEWARDS UPHELD THE ORIGINAL ORDER OF FINISH.
