Chart notes
DREAM TRAP stalked the early pace three wide, steadily wore down the leader through the stretch and was up in the final strides. ADIOS MUCHACHAS took command early, opened a clear advantage by midstretch, but was worn down and overtaken in the final strides. STORMYLUX pressed the pace two-wide, loomed a threat mid-stretch but was outfinished. MINEDANDREFINED tracked in midpack and gained mildly through the late stages. SHEZA DELIGHT broke with the field, dropped back to settle in midpack with the tracking group and finished evenly. SPRINKLES broke in the air and raced far back early, then passed a couple of tiring rivals through the stretch. HOODLESS remained near the rear throughout and failed to make any late headway. HAPPY CHAPPY tracked four wide with the second flight, advanced mildly while remaining wide on the turn, but failed to sustain the effort.
