Chart notes
MISTRIAL WIND stalked the pacesetter for three-quarters, rallied approaching the quarter pole to assume command in upper stretch and held the closers safe. MINT DRIVEN tracked the leaders to the top of the lane and rallied steadily from four wide under a hard drive to miss the win but grab the place in the final stride. NEW ISSUE unhurried early to trail, gradually closed the gap to be prominent in upper stretch and put in a steady bid between rivals only to be denied. UNBOUNDED MOVEMENT passed weaker rivals without impact. JOYS OF SUMMER set the pace on a clear lead to midway on the turn, ran-on to midway down the lane and gave way in the final furlong. BAYTOWN STORM failed to menace.
