Chart notes
CALISA showed good speed from the gate and took early command, was pressured into the turn by TAP AND A HUG then shook free of that rival nearing the quarter marker, kicked clear into the lane, kept to task to the final sixteenth, was pressured late by TAP AND A HUG then held over the runner-up in the final yards to prevail. TAP AND A HUG forwardly placed early, went up to press the pace from the inside along the backstretch, turned away nearing the quarter marker, shifted out for the stretch drive then re-bid approaching the final sixteenth, was gaining in deep stretch and just missed for the win, while well clear for second. RED BETTY took back in the early stages, navigated traffic nearing the quarter marker, found a seam from the two path nearing the top of the lane, wasn't able to impact the leading pair approaching the final sixteenth but got up in time to earn the show honors. BRAMWELL rated off of the early pace then tracked from the second flight, ran in pursuit two to three wide nearing the quarter pole, swung to the four path into upper stretch then lacked a late response and just missed for third. ALYVIA'S LIL GIRL hard sent from the gate, was forwardly placed along the backstretch, ran in pursuit three then four wide into the turn, entered the stretch five wide, angled in at the furlong pole then did not offer a late bid. DESPERATE DREAMS hopped at the start, broke last and spotted the field to begin, improved position along the rail into the turn, lacked room past the quarter marker then angled out to upper stretch, couldn't muster a response into the drive and failed to threaten late. LILBITSOCIAL off a step slow then hustled along the inside in the early going, settled in mid-pack and saved ground into the turn, kept an inside path to the stretch, didn't respond when called upon into the lane then tired in the final furlong.
