Chart notes
GHOSTWRITER broke a step slow, moved up early to stalk two wide, chased two wide on the turn, rallied between rivals in midstretch, surged late and got up in the final yards. THE MARKINATER set the pace on the inside, opened up a clear lead, dug in gamely in the stretch run, was caught late and held for second. OVERSEER stalked three wide, chased three wide on the turn, rallied three wide in the stretch run and dug in gamely outside to the finish. RAZORCAT raced two wide off the pace, chased on the turn and closed belatedly outside. MAN WITH THE MONEY raced off the pace inside, came two wide into the lane and failed to rally. SLAY SADIE SLAY tracked on the inside, chased inside on the turn and lacked a rally on the rail in the stretch.
