Chart notes
RUN WILD pulled a bit early on, then stalked nicely close up two wide, bid two wide on the far turn, dueled with YEAR END BONUS, put a head in front, responded when roused, edged away at the furlong marker and finished willingly to hold off the runner up. TEJANITA pulled in the early stages, tracked on the inside, chased on the far turn, rallied four wide into the stretch, dug in gamely outside in the final furlong but needed a bit more. YEAR END BONUS away alertly, set the pace on the inside, dueled with the winner on the far turn, dug in to midstretch, then weakened. NECK OF CAIRO raced three wide early, stalked three wide, chased two wide on the far turn and gave way. FOR SURE THIS TIME was off slowly, raced four wide early, settled off the rail, off the pace and was outrun.
