Chart notes

PHAROAH'S AFFAIR bumped with a foe just after the start then bumped with that same foe again twice soon after, moved forward outside pressing three wide into the first turn taking over the lead outside the three-quarters, set the pace from off the rail, extended the advantage in mid-stretch and held sway. AFLEET FLATTER settled inside just off the leader, was encouraged along three furlongs out, shifted out at the quarter pole under all out drive, chased the winner home making no real headway and saved the place. YORKTON'S TAFFY broke a step slowly, settled at the rear tucking inside and saving ground, moved out and advanced three to four wide on the far turn, came into upper stretch five to six deep, gained mildly. GOLDEN HARVEST was bumped after the start then again later in the early going, raced between foes two to three wide, raced near but off the rail on the far turn encouraged along, raced inside into the stretch and kept on evenly. STARLA bobbled at the break but was quick to take the lead, set the early pace from off the rail, was overtaken leaving the first turn then switched outside that foe and moved up to press briefly, continued to chase three wide and was asked by the three-eighths, failed to rally. SILVER GAL had numerous bumps between runners early, took back from off the leaders but was still forced four wide into the first turn, chased from outside up the backstretch, faded.
