Chart notes
THUNDER CANE stalked the pace from four wide into the turn, edged closer on the bend, responded when called upon leaving the quarter pole to kick clear in upper stretch and held the closers safe down the lane. GIFT EXCHANGE tracked the leaders from the fence to be well placed down the backside, was held up off heels through most of the turn lacking racing room, cut the corner turning for home and rallied well up the iniside in the stretch. MY BOY ROCKY reserved in hand to race at the back of the filed and rallied with a steady, mild bid in the lane to be along for the show. BOTITA was slow early to trail, rallied six wide through the turn closing the gap to loom in upper stretch and flattened out in the lane. IMPOSTER SYNDROME had a shoe repair in the paddock, was urged early to be prompt the pace, chased the pacesetter through the turn and weakened at the top of the stretch. TOOMUCHAINTENOUGH was a half step slow away from the gate, rushed up to take the lead, set the pace to midway on the bend and gave way.
