Chart notes
VIOLENTA reserved off the pace to race at the rear of the field into the turn, edged closer on the bend along the inside, cut the corner turning for home, tipped out three wide to cruise past the leader while still well in hand and drew away as much best. I B FLYIN set a fast pace on a clear lead to the head of the stretch, was no match for the winner and finished willingly to hold the place. TWO SCOOPS was unhurried to be the trailer and found best stride late to show some interest. INTIMATE stalked the pace to be well placed and lacked a closing bid. OH SHEILA prompted the pace through the turn and faded in the lane.
