MESCAT vied with CODE OF VALOR for the lead from along the outside, shook that one off nearing the eighth pole and held SUPER COSTLY safe. SUPER COSTLY was prominently placed racing three-wide, offered a bid nearing the quarter pole, came four-wide into the stretch, could not reach MESCAT but finished well for second. ITSALLABOUTMEBABY was unhurried came five-wide into the stretch and finished in a mild rally. BRIGHT STAR raced in the back of the field, came six-wide into the stretch and rallied late.
