Chart notes
BEAUTIFUL HARPER rated in the second flight early while in the clear and was ridden along into the turn while four wide, sustained that bid and led late in the lane, holding sway. CORDOVA got bumped at the start by MAXIMUS PRINCESS then was allowed to settle, was asked between horses on the turn and made a late rally to get up for place. FUMED was rank early behind horses while racing along the inside then stalked the pace and waited into the turn before making a four wide move to take the lead in the stretch, led late but was caught nearing the wire. WAVES OF SUCCESS settled early along the inside then was asked to move nearing the 3/8 pole and altered to move while six wide and was gaining late. MAXIMUS PRINCESS broke inward and bumped CORDOVA at the break then chased the pace before being asked between horses into the stretch but faltered late. LA PERICO broke sharply and set the pace then was headed nearing the 1/4 pole and gave way in the lane. HURRICANE CAMILLE was void of early speed and saved ground throughout but was never a factor.
