Chart notes
SUPERCRUISER steadied at the start, settled into stride at the rear outside a foe, advanced willingly near the inside on the turn, was patiently handled in upper stretch tipping out nearing the furlong grounds, unleashed a flying finish to drive past late. MUNNY PROBLEM was coaxed forward to the lead after the opening furlong, edged clear leaving the turn, widened in upper- to mid-stretch, was caught late. FANTI was a bit reluctant to load, chased from inside saving ground on the turn, ran on evenly. TOTAL MISCHIEF chased from outside the second flight going three to four wide on the turn, was best of the rest. THUNDER ZEUS chased from between foes in the second flight on the turn, was put to urging past the five-sixteenths, was in a bit tight in upper stretch, ran on. SOUPER POWER TAPIT was restless in the gate, got away slowly, trailed inside, came out in the stretch and showed some late interest. FREE COSTS TO MUCH had a brief early lead from off the inside, pressed the new leader into the turn, faded in the stretch.
