Chart notes
KEEPTHEDREAMALIVE raced in a tracking position along the fence in the first turn, was taken in hand to settle at the back of the compact field, rallied midway on the turn from three wide, dove to the inside after passing the tirning pacesetter in upper stretch and surged to the lead to be going away in hand late. MS BRIGHTSIDE (IRE) stalked the pace to be in striking position turning for home, rallied to take a brief lead in mid-stretch, was no match for the winner in the final furlong and kept-on as second best. BORDER CONTROL pressed the pace to the far turn, rallied to take the lead midway on the turn, battled to midway down the lane and finished evenly late unable to sustain the bid. ALWAYS WANTING set the pace under pressure to midway on the bend and gradually gave way coming home. MAKE THE BOYS WINK raced at the rear of the field, edged closer into the far turn and flattened out on the bend having never posed a threat.
