Chart notes
LARKSONG forwardly placed in the early stages, stalked the decent pace along the backstretch, went up to take command into the far turn and kicked clear at the quarter pole, kept to task while clear into the stretch and held sway late under steady urging. ST BERNADETTE broke alertly and took early command, set a decent pace to the half-mile marker, came under pressure from LARKSONG and was overtaken into the far turn, stayed on and chased that rival into the stretch, couldn't make headway on the winner in the late stages but held for second. ACOUSTICAT unhurried in the early stages, saved ground to the far turn and advanced nearing the quarter marker, closed willingly along the inside into the stretch, tipped to the two path in the final sixteenth, just missed at the wire for second and was a clear third. SKYLAROSE forwardly placed to the first turn, tracked the leading pair into the backstretch, ran in pursuit into the far turn, came two to three wide into the lane, flattened out in the drive and finished evenly. ANIMAL FRIES settled outside of rivals to the first turn, coaxed from the second flight and two to three wide along the backstretch, lacked the needed response into the stretch drive and did not menace in the final stages. VINOS ANGEL settled early then advanced along the inside into the backstretch, lacked the needed response to upper stretch and failed to threaten late. CURLS NITE OUT allowed to settle, coaxed from the inside then the two path along the backstretch, no factor. Due to a timing discrepancy, the 1 mile fractional time was not immediately available.
