PRYTANIA was herded out by LADY ELLA into the first turn, chased toward the rear three wide, began to rally near the half-mile pole, improved three wide on the far turn, swung four wide into the lane, sustained the bid, got up near the sixteenth pole and drove clear. PLAY ON PLAYER stalked the early pace two wide, put more pressure on METRY MAMA on the backstretch as that pair separated from the rest, took the lead outside that foe near the three eighths, kept on under a drive in the lane but was caught near the sixteenth. OCEAN'S APPEAL got a chasing spot inside around the first turn, chased between horses down the backstretch, rallied while driven two wide on the far turn, continued to rally under stiff asking in upper stretch, loomed between horses midstretch but flattened late. DADDY'S LAST SWEET settled well off the pace, circled four wide on the far turn, came four wide into upper stretch, and chased on with continued interest. GEM SAUCE settled near the rear inside foes, was pushed along two to three wide for a rally around the far turn, rallied into upper stretch inside of the weakening METRY MAMA, but couldn't sustain into the final furlong. METRY MAMA shook to the lead into the first turn, set the pace while prompted by PLAY ON PLAYER while running well clear of the rest down the backstretch, was headed by that foe approaching the three eighths, and weakened. OUR CASTLE QUEEN was a bit slow out of the gate, settled at the rear, saved ground around the far turn, ran erratically in the lane but nonetheless passed tiring horses. LONGSHOT BABY chased midfield around the first turn, raced keenly into the backstretch and shifted to chase three to four wide, continued three wide around the far turn, was urged into the lane and weakened. WHISKEY CHASIN was keen early, raced four wide into the first turn but edged forward to get a two-wide chasing spot, continued to chase three wide down the backstretch, began to flatten around the far turn, and shied into the gap down the lane. JUS MINK ME tracked the leading pair early, continued to track inside down the backstretch, weakened inside around the far turn and had no more for the drive. LADY ELLA came out into the first turn, chased between horses while pulling, continued between horses down the backstretch, but began to weaken around the far turn and was eased in the lane.
