Chart notes

SOCO KID broke a bit awkwardly, chased the dueling leaders from outside racing mostly three to four wide into and on the turn, was encouraged along by the five-sixteenths, kept on in the lane to get up late. KAZOOM was urged to the lead, set a pressured pace inside, dueled leaving the turn when asked passing the quarter pole, was headed in upper- to mid-stretch, fought on to retake command, led late but was nailed. GOOD TO BE PRINCE pressed the pace from the outset, edged closer dueling leaving the turn, took a narrow brief lead in the stretch but yielded late. KING ANTHONY broke a step slowly and in a hair tight, raced at the back inside, was getting out a bit late on the turn, came into upper stretch four wide, was no match for the top ones. AVERYZ DAY dropped back between foes at the rear, came into upper stretch five wide, failed to menace. I NEED MORE MONEY was outpaced racing outside at the rear mostly four to six wide in the early going and on the turn, dropped back and shifted in leaving that bend, was never near enough to threaten.
