LITTLE TEDDY broke a step slow seeing the field leaving the gate, moved inside two others getting better tactical position at the half, began to smoothly lengthen stride on the fence in hand closing in smartly midway along the turn, scraped paint making a bid for the lead inside turning for home, seized control under a busy hand ride only at the furlong marker and was kept to the task in the late going safely holding for the win while under a snappy clocking. DOLCE FORTUNA was away alertly loose up top clearing to the rail by the seven sixteenths pole, freewheeled unopposed setting a brisk pace throughout the turn, drifted out to the three path still up front at the head of the lane, could not quicken as much as the winner inside surrendering the lead at the furlong pole but did show some resiliency fighting back late but just could not get threaten for the win at the finish line while comfortably besting the rest for the runners share. SINCLAIRITY was allowed to settle into stride outside foes with a half mile still to run trailing the pack, edged up getting to the rail following the path of the eventual winner around the turn, was in the conversation briefly skimming the fence at the top of the stretch, could not keep up to the lead pair by the furlong pole but still finished up willingly to be a clear but non-threatening third. OLIVIA ROSE advanced on the fence down the backstretch sitting just behind the leader at the half, shifted outside at the seven sixteenths pole, chased the pacesetter two wide on the outside throughout the turn, moved to the four path in the mix straightening out for home but faded in the final furlong just holding on for a minor placing inside at the finish line. FORESTERS EXEC settled close to the back end between horses at the half, travelled in the two path offering little around the bend to be in the last place position by the quarter pole, moved out three wide for the stretch running and had good late energy trying to close in for a small share but just missed with one final surge in the last jump at the finish line outside. HOME FOR A REST tracked the frontrunner outside three deep, took the outside route three wide regressing outside horses around the bend, swung out widest in the five path at the top of the lane but lacked a rally in the stretch running. ALPHA GAMMA GIRL settled between rivals watching the lone speed runner down the backstretch, was hard ridden two wide through the turn just trying to hold position, shifted to the four-path turning for home but had little left to give in the drive and yielded between foes in the last furlong.
