Chart notes

EPIC VENTURE raced off the pace on the outside up the backstretch, came around the turn in the three path, began a bid in upper stretch, switching to the outside to gain ground late and just get up for the win in the final strides. CRYPTO MASTER bumped with the horse to his outside at the start, chased the leaders up the backstretch, saved ground around the turn, kicked clear in upper stretch and was caught at the wire to just miss. EXTREMELY PROBABLE raced off the pace on the inside early, saved ground around the bend, launched an inside bid entering the stretch and gained ground late. CAPITA SPRINGS veered out at the start, recovered to duel on the inside up the backstretch, navigated the turn from the three path and weakened in the stretch. DILLY DALLY CHUCK raced in the middle of the pack through the opening stages, continued around the turn in the two path and made no bid. ACE IN THE HALL stumbled at the start, bumping with the horse to his inside in the process, was sent to duel on the outside up what remained of the backstretch, blew the turn coming into the stretch, drifting out to the six path, and faded from there.
