Chart notes

MY GIRL NINA assumed command early and set the pace while pushed along, was headed in the stretch but dug in and battled back for the win. SOUND IT OUT raced close up early before being in tight along the inside nearing the 1/2 pole then made a move to contend into the stretch and led late but was outfinished by MY GIRL NINA. PRETTY GEISHA was void of early speed before circling the field while six wide on the turn and sustained the bid in the stretch. MISS VALENTINA was void of early speed with a rail trip before being asked along the inside into the stretch but faltered late. FAR ABOVE was reluctant to load into the gate and was allowed to settle early before being asked while five wide on the turn but just raced evenly in the stretch. TRIPLE THREAT rated in the second flight early before being jostled between horses at the 5/8 pole then dropped back a bit and made no rally in the stretch. BOOMBOX BETTY broke sharply and stalked the pace, flashing brief foot before giving way on the turn.
