Chart notes
FOURTH AND CENTRAL broke sharply and pressed the pace then battled through the long drive and prevailed. AUGUSTINIAN was hustled away from the gate and set the pace while being pushed along throughout and held on for place. ITZA LOCK raced closed up along the inside and waited through the turn then looked to make a bid along the rail at the top of the stretch but was shut off and had to alter course to the outside of horses but was gaining too late. NEGRIL was steadied after the start then rated in the middle of the pack before making a belated bid while five wide in the stretch. WOOTUN was getting out early and chased the pace while four wide then made a bid on the turn but faltered into the stretch. ZEVI'S ZONE stumbled at the start and dropped back then had a five wide trip but made no rally. IMAGE rated in the middle of the pace with a rail trip but showed no response when asked into the stretch.
