Chart notes

SENECA PARK forwardly placed early on, tracked the pace from the inside heading into the turn, tipped three wide leaving the half-mile marker, rallied into the stretch and vied for the lead into the final furlong, made a late surge in deep stretch and determinedly got up for the win. LUMINOUS BEAUTY prominent in the early stages, pressed the pace two wide to the half-mile marker, vied between rivals into the stretch, met the bid of SENECA PARK into the final furlong, couldn't hold off the determined winner late and was bested in deep stretch, while clear of the rest for second. SEVERELY OVERPAYIN showed good speed from the gate and took early command, set a decent pace while prompted into the turn, dug in when challenged into upper stretch and met oncoming bids approaching the furlong pole, couldn't hold off the leading pair late and yielded, while holding safely for third. WAGGLEY settled in the second flight and between rivals, got shuffled back approaching the half-mile marker, shifted out and was asked for run from the four path into the lane, couldn't muster the needed response into the stretch and finished evenly. ESTARDOTOO broke out at the start and crowded outer rivals, settled mid-pack to begin, saved ground along the turn, kept an inside path to the stretch and lacked a rally. GONE AND PLENTY off a step slow leaving the start, settled while saving ground to the turn, got caught in traffic approaching the half-mile marker, angled to the two then three path for the stretch drive, needed more late but improved position in the final stages. PARTY MIX forwardly placed in the early running, tracked from the second flight and two then three wide to the turn, asked for run four wide to upper stretch, lacked a rally into the drive and weakened. WASHTON pinched at the start, settled outside of rivals early then coaxed two wide and between foes approaching the half-mile, shifted out and steered from the three to four path for the drive, no late response. EPERNAY crowded at the start, settled off of the early pace then checked while caught in tight on the run to the turn, raced in traffic to the half-mile marker, angled out to upper stretch, coaxed five to six wide for the stretch drive and couldn't muster a final response. HOLIDAY WEEKEND shut off at the start and off slowly, trailed to the turn, kept a wide path nearing the half-mile marker, swung widest to upper stretch and did not factor late. MASTER QUEEN fractious prior to the load, settled in the second flight early on while outside of rivals, tracked four wide into the turn, lost ground nearing the top of the lane then came up empty in the drive.
