Chart notes

BLAST FURNACE bobbled after being bumped at the break and pulled ahead of the pack early and set the pace from the inside clear from the rest, then kept on and inched further away in the late stages and was a clear winner. BOURBON FLIGHT opted to race off the pace about two to three wide on the hill then tipped out off the bend crossing behind multiple rivals and made a big rally as the widest contender and came up late for the place award. WHITE TIGER came in a bit at the start and bumped a foe then settled into the mid-pack around the hill in the four to five path and showed some kick coming through the upper and into the home stretch then vied late between multiple rivals and was just shy of the place award. GOLDEN CHANNEL shifted ahead of the pack shortly coming up the hill and chased the pace from the two path to the inside and briefly dueled with CLEAR THE BEACH in the upper stretch and vied between multiple rivals in the deep stretch but was outkicked at the wire. HIGH CEILING settled back through the early stages and saved ground on the inside then tipped out coming off the bend and vied between rivals in the deep stretch but was short. CITY OF OSCARS bumped into a rival at the start and got positioned in the mid-pack along the inside then tipped out about three to four wide turning towards home and vied but just needed more in the deep stretch. CLEAR THE BEACH was forwardly placed early coming four wide up the hill and shifted up a bit to be free from the pack and came to the two path coming down then briefly dueled with GOLDEN CHANNEL through the upper before weakening in the drive. LONGBRANCH LOU broke at the front of the pack and dropped towards the back coming up the hill and raced off the pace looking to save some ground while being eager then drifted out a bit in the upper but made no attempt to bid. LOVE IN LIGHTS (GB) was bumped on the inside and outside at the break and raced mid-pack early from the three path and dropped back a bit coming down the hill but was no menace. DOMINGO raced a couple lengths behind in pace from the two path while being in tight between multiple opponents and was bumped mid-way down the hill before shaking away and showing mild interest in the upper but faded in the deep stretch. BIGTIMETIMMYJIM settled behind the leaders on the inside and was bumped mid-way through the turn by DOMINGO and flared his reins but had no kick left in the upper. ZAKINTHOS bumped into BLAST FURNACE at the break and raced towards the front through the early stages of the race before checking mid-way down the hill then started to weaken and was pulled up by the rider in the stretch and walked off.
