Chart notes
HE'S ON THE FLY set the pace on a well measured lead, kicked away in upper stretch and held well while tiring late in the drive. GOLDEN CANDY stalked the pacesetter to the head of the lane saving ground, cut the corner and rallied steadily up the inside running out of ground at the wire. CONDEMNATION tugged his way up the backstretch to press the pace from four wide, narrowed the gap on the turn and finished evenly unable to sustain the bid. BEACH HOLIDAY was one-paced never posing a threat. INNUENDO faded from contention on the turn proving to be a non-factor.
