Chart notes
TWORLY BLUEBELL tracked the pace from the inside into the turn, edged closer on the bend tipping out to engage the leader at the quarter pole, drove past in upper stretch gaining control midway down the lane and drew away to be geared down late. CHALANT set the pace on a clear early lead, could not match the winner when challenged and ran-on willingly to hold the place. BLUE EARTH was a bit awkward leaving the gate, settled into stride at the back of the field, saved ground though the turn and showed good late interest. MOONPIE DELIGHT prompted the early pace to the bend, chased on the turn and faded coming home. MI BABE broke alertly to be forwardly placed and was through early.
