Chart notes
SO SORRY quickly went to the front, took pressure leaving the backstretch, drove clear at the head of the lane and held under a drive. TIZ THUNDER jostled leaving the gate, steadied leaving the chute, chased five wide, drifted out in the final turn, closed steadily outside but was steadied late stretch. RIPTIDE BEAUTY saved ground early, was roused at the quarter pole, moved up menacingly in the stretch, but was unable to get by late. DR BROKER carried wide leaving the chute, tracked five wide, and improved late. DAUNTLESS DARYL was shuffled back leaving the chute, and chased inside. SPIRIT OF INDY pressed the pace outside of SO SORRY, and stopped in the stretch.
