Chart notes

U LITE UP MY LIFE broke in good order, showed the way out of the chute through a soft opening quarter, continued to hold a narrow advantage up the backstretch under a hold toward the inside, came in the two path for the drive just inside the runner up, dueled with that one, gained a larger advantage past the furlong marker then was fully extended to hold that same foe safe late. ATHENIX prompted the winner the opening half three wide, challenged turning for home, stalked a bit in upper stretch then was coming again late. MY STEEL MAGNOLIA settled off the pace toward the inside, roused late in the turn, split foes nearing the furlong marker, chased the top two, narrowly held the show late. BAFFLE lacked speed off the inside, four wide exiting the turn, staged a mild rally to be gaining for the third position, also no threat to the top pair. LETS SHANCE IT dueled up front outside the winner up the backstretch, continued to vie through the turn, checked out from between the top two late in the bend, continued to weaken through the lane. JUNTA lacked early foot after bobbling at the start,, loomed up with a quick four wide move late in the turn, failed to sustain that advance through the stretch.
