Chart notes
PAPA GOLF prompted the leader to that one's outside, continued to force the issue into the far turn, took over in the two path late in that bend, shook clear when straightened for home, dropped to the inside and maintained a comfortable advantage to the wire under steady handling. FUERTEVENTURA within striking distance behind the pace setter, came in the two path into the lane, between foes when chasing the winner past the furlong marker, could do little with that one the final furlong, clearly second best. ENERGIZE forwardly placed while three wide, continued on the outside through the final turn, went flat through the lane to finish up best of the rest. NAPTOWN lacked early foot while saving ground, continued back and inside final turn, steered out widest in upper straight, displayed a modest amount of interest down the middle of the course. SING SING broke forward, set the pace under a light hold along the inside, offered brief resistance with the winner challenged turning for home then began to weaken when headed. CAN GROUP raced back while just off the inside, failed to offer a response when asked into the lane.
