Chart notes
KEHOE BEACH showed good speed from the gate and took early command, set a solid pace from the inside heading into the turn, given her cue nearing the quarter marker, kicked clear into the lane, kept to task to the final sixteenth, held sway in deep stretch and was ridden out to win as much the best. DO GOODER close up to the early pace, stalked KEHOE BEACH through solid fractions into the turn, outkicked into upper stretch then chased the winner to the final furlong, couldn't make headway late but was a clear second. SATURDAY FLIRT settled to the turn, roused between rivals nearing the quarter marker, mounted a three wide bid to upper stretch, couldn't muster a late kick into the final sixteenth but held clearly for third. ME GOVERNOR prominent early then took back, saved ground to the turn, tracked the pace to the half-mile marker, needed more to upper stretch and did not rally late. DALA settled outside, asked three then four wide for the stretch drive, lacked a late response.
