Chart notes
COCO G stalked the pace through the turn from the three to four path and came under encouragement turning towards home passing the leader just before the final furlong and inched ahead in the stretch just holding off it's upcoming rivals. ONLY ME raced towards the back early on and came four to five wide around the hill and advanced in the upper then put up a strong bid heading into the stretch and briefly dueled with the winner but just missed. TOUCH OF AN ANGEL was a step slow at the break and raced off the pace through the early stages coming three to four wide down the hill then swung out widest after passing the quarter pole and rallied into the stretch but was just short of the top two. ABITA SPRINGS vied for pace early on the top of the hill from the three path then dueled with PRIMA DONNA for most of the race heading to the stretch but was outkicked in the final furlong. BEACH BALLAD raced in the mid-pack in the two path for most of the race coming between multiple rivals heading down the hill and improved in the upper but just needed kick in the final furlong. PRIMA DONNA broke outwards and vied for the pace at the top of the hill from the two path then shifted to the inside after passing CRITIKAL SENSE, then kept on and dueled with ABITA SPRINGS to the stretch then weakened. LUCKY TO DANCE was reluctant loading and was a step slow at the break and raced mid-pack from the four path coming around the hill then got boxed in briefly passing by the quarter pole before dropping back a bit and finishing mildly in the stretch. CRITIKAL SENSE had a slight stumble and broke at the front of the pack then was taken back by the rider and tracked the pace after shifting to the inside but had no kick in the stretch. BEAUTIFUL THINGS tracked along the inside through the first half of the race then shifted towards the back and made no bid in the stretch. HIGH STREET PIZZAZ raced mid-pack early and drifted in at the start and bobbled on the way up the hill then settled towards the back in the two to three path and was between rivals heading into the upper but had no rally in the stretch. MAXFIELD'S DREAM broke into the mid-pack and steadied hard heading up the hill after HIGH STREET PIZZAZ drifted in front of them then settled along the inside off the pace and tipped out in the upper but was no menace. LOLLY POPPIN dropped back after breaking with the pack and trailed the field wide from the five path around the entire track and was never a factor.
