PERRYLU was steadied back early in a duel for command coming up the hill then pressed it's rival from the two path and shifted up and dueled SMELL THE LILIES heading down the upper and battled fiercely just getting up in the final yards. SMELL THE LILIES took command after briefly dueling heading up the hill the shifted to the inside and set the pace with multiple opponents pressuring, then dueled with PERRYLU a couple lengths in front of the pack and kept on but was outfinished in the final yards while just holding the place award. PASEO was tapped by OUR SHENANIGAN after the start and saved ground along the inside for most of the race before sneaking up on the rail in the upper and tipping three to four wide passing the final furlong marker and just missed at the wire. STRUCK AT MIDNIGHT settled towards the very back of the pack in the two path being between rivals for most of the race then looked for an opening in the upper and tipped to the inside heading into the final furlong and improved well but needed more to contest the top three. MISS PHARAOH raced in the mid-pack about three wide off the rail for most of the race then vied between heading for home but lacked a winning kick and finished evenly. INFINITE SKY settled into the mid-pack along the inside coming around the hill then came off the rail a bit heading into the upper opening up the lane for PASEO and weakened slightly in the final furlong. TEMPLE GODDESS was forwardly placed early on just a length behind the pace while being five to four wide heading around the hill but weakened shortly after entering the stretch. OUR SHENANIGAN bumped with CONNECT THE STARS at the break and tapped PASEO shortly after then raced towards the back of the pack in the four path and made no bid entering the stretch. CONNECT THE STARS bumped into OUR SHENANIGAN and was a step behind the pack then tipped out before heading up the hill from the six path and hugged closer while racing towards the back and swung out nine wide off the bend but had no rally in the stretch. NOSHAMETOHERGAME rushed up shortly after the break then pushed to the lead from the four to three path heading down the hill then weakened back a bit and faded nearing the final furlong.
