Chart notes
SERENE WATERS rated in mid-pack to midway on the turn, angled four wide on the bend with a steady bid, continued a steady advance down the lane to wear down the leaders and prevail in the final yards. NAME DROPPER set the pace under steady pressure early, opened a clear lead down the backside while still well held, responded when challenged midway on the turn, battled willingly through the lane and was outfinished in deep stretch. STEADY MY HEART pressed the pace from the rail early, taken in hand to tip outside the pacesetter on the backstretch, edged up to engage the leader approaching the quarter pole, failed to pass in an all out drive between rivals to mid-stretch and was out kicked late. GUS'S GAL reserved off the pace, put in a grinding bid circling midway on the turn and continued to show interest in the lane while unable to gain significant ground. GOLDEN DOGECOIN trailed most of the way never posing a threat. COLLECTIVE NATION was well placed in the run down the backside stalking the leaders and failed to respond when called upon on the bend to fade from contention.
