Chart notes

PERFECT UNION away in good order, drew clear soon after to set the pace up the backstretch, turned back a brief bid from the runner up turning into the stretch, maintained daylight to the wire while being kept to task. TIED THE KNOT in the second flight early three wide, moved closer and lodged a brief bid outside the winner exiting the turn, fell back a bit and chased that one to the wire to prove second best. CHEYENNE MOON floated out at the break, remained well out in the strip up the backstretch and into the turn, came five wide for the drive, and rallied outside to be clear of the others. BE A GOLDFISH in the second flight along the inside behind the winner, fell back a bit turn, came three wide into the stretch and weakened. SUMMERTIMEE broke out, was straightened to race widest of the second group up the backstretch, four wide through most of the turn, had little left for the drive. SHESASMALLTOWNGIRL behind the pace while between horses up the backstretch, shuffled back into the turn, continued fade through the lane.
