Chart notes
CAUSEWAY BENNY prompted the issue up front from just off the inside, dueled up the backstretch, continued to alternate up front while saving ground into and through the final bend, headed into the lane, kicked on and regained the advantage, clear best best. OTRA COSA set or forced the pace while well off the inside first turn, continued to set or force the issue middle half, showed the way into the lane then could not keep pace with the winner the final furlong, remained clear for the place. AMBRIDGE in some traffic first turn, shifted out to be four wide through the second half of that bend, moved closer three wide and between foes far turn, came four wide when continuing his advance into and through upper stretch then stalled the final furlong. STILL A SOLDIER broke in and steadied after brushing the gate, raced inside and within striking distance in hand, covered up in some traffic second turn, went evenly when clear for the drive. QUALITYSOULOFMINE five wide into the first turn when off the pace, continued outside, was four to five wide again in the second bend, had little for the stretch run. NAPOLEONIC CODE off the pace in the second group while three wide first turn, continued within striking distance up the backstretch, between rivals in the two path into the far turn and was finished.
