Chart notes

NAN O'HARA pulled early into the first turn, settled on the bend to be rated off the pace, rallied following the runner-up on the final turn, angled four wide off that one's heels and outkicked him late to be up in time. TIGER EYE PEARL steadied from between rivals turning onto the backstretch, tracked the leaders from mid-pack well in hand to the far turn, rallied splitting rivals on the bend to engage the leader in upper stretch, took the lead inside the eighth pole and was outkicked in deep stretch. TOO MUCH FUN set the pace under pressure, battled on the turn surrendering th lead and ran-on gamely through the lane to re-take the show. KATHLYNS PHALANX pressed the pace to the far turn, took a short lead racing two wide on the far turn, shook off the pacesetter turning for home, vied with the runner-up to mid-stretch and weakened in the final furlong. RED HAIRED GAL was one-paced failing to menace. LILLESAND slow early to be the trailer and passed weaker rivals in the lane without impact. MISSUS SEKI was well palced for a half mile and faded from contention on the far turn. STARCRY was prominent early and came up empty.
