Chart notes
A PRAYER FOR KIDS was close up early, dropped back on the far turn, angled out four wide in the stretch, closed determinedly and was up in the final strides. GRAY DAY was unhurried early, angled out three wide down the backside, rallied at the quarter pole, drew clear in the stretch and was caught late VENTURE ON was never far back, angled out in the stretch and had mild bid. OAKS HONEY pressed the pace until mid stretch, then weakened. GONE IN A FLASH set the pace for three quarters, then weakened. BISCUITS AND GRITS allowed to settle, failed to menace.
