Chart notes
STARSHIP ATHENA settled off the pace, went four wide entering the stretch, closed steadily and wore down her rivals to get up in the final strides. SOUPER WILLIWAW vied throughout and was outfinished in a game effort. MOPO was never far back, angled in for the drive, finished well inside, didn't have enough late and settled for show. CAPRICHOSAINFRONT was void of early speed, went widest in the drive and found her best stride late. EXPECTING A WINNER lagged early, swung wide entering the stretch and closed well. J CANDY settled off the pace, bid inside leaving the turn, shifted out and hung late. KINDRED HEARTS was slow early and failed to menace in a steady effort. FLOWERS FOR ME vied to the sixteenth pole and faltered. SOPHIE'S CRUISER failed to threaten in an even effort.
